Heather Anderson

Meet Local Leader throwing out the first pitch!

Heather Anderson earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology/Criminal Justice & Recreation and Leisure from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Heather is originally from San Francisco CA and is no stranger to hard work. She started working at age 9 on her father’s water well rig ‘threading pipe’ and following her mother in the summer’s working at her stock brokerage firm.

Heather’s hard work then led her to MSU in 1993 on a full ride scholarship to play softball. During those years her team went to three Regional Championships and several rings later was inducted into the Missouri State Hall of Fame in 2012.  This is where her discipline, leadership, and commitment started and continues to be a huge role in her success today.

After graduating from college, she moved right in to the restaurant business where she found her passion in customer service and management.  After 6 yrs and 600% increase in sales, she decided to open her own little Irish Pub where her relationships with customers and employees continued to grow. 20 yrs in the industry left her craving to find a new career where she can continue to bring value with her customer service skills and be home at night with her growing family. Earning her Property/Casualty, Life/Health License is exactly where she belongs and it shows in her dedication and commitment as an agent.

Heather and her wife Briana are raising two beautiful boys, Ian and Anthony. When not working she loves to spend time with her family at the lake on their pontoon enjoying the sun or kayaking the beautiful rivers in the Ozarks.
