Next Level HRCF Program

Next Level at GLO

The GLO Center has been awarded a $10,000 grant to implement Next Level, a national program from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF) designed to support LGBTQ+ young adults in building wellness, career pathways, and financial health.

The Next Level program provides skills-based education and resources that help participants navigate biased employment and financial systems and gain increased economic stability. The initiative centers the experiences of Black and Brown, transgender, and non-binary job seekers between the ages of 18-30, while remaining open to all LGBTQ+ community members under the age of 50.

The program launches in early 2026 and includes both in-person and virtual participation options, along with direct support for participants.

Economic empowerment is essential for equality. When LGBTQ+ people, especially the most marginalized among us, have the tools and confidence to succeed, our entire community benefits.

Curriculum Pillars

Through a series of interactive workshops and guided sessions, participants will explore three key pillars of success:

Wellness

Fostering emotional resilience and personal well-being.

Career Pathways

Developing professional skills, navigating workplace bias, and planning long-term goals.

Financial Health

Understanding personal finances, credit, and strategies for economic independence.
